The pathologist-MD is ready to take your question; empowering patients to play a role in their healthcare, partnering with their physicians. I have many years of experience in pathology and laboratory medicine and have active licenses in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.
Purpose:
1) To discuss issues related to patient’s laboratory tests and surgical pathology report interpretations for patients and the patients’ primary care physicians.
2) To discuss appropriate ordering of laboratory tests; and, finally
3) To address the value of telepathology consultation services for second opinion via various experts around the world.
